Computed tomography (CT)

Computed tomography (CT) is an examination using X-rays. However, it allows a much more detailed look inside the human body. Layer by layer, images of the organs and tissues are created, on which diseases can often be seen much better than with conventional X-ray examinations.
It is important to RIO to achieve optimal image quality while using as little X-ray radiation as possible. That is why we use the most modern computer tomographs in our institute. Thanks to artificial intelligence, new software offers optimal image quality with only a small amount of X-ray radiation.
